Red Jasper Walking / Ceremonial / Talking Stick.

This stick is made from wood from a locally managed woodland that is environmentally coppiced as part of its management. This hazel stick has been shaped by honeysuckle. The honeysuckle is attached.  

The stick is carefully prepared by removing side shoots and bark. (The side shoots and bark we save and dry for our fire pit so nothing is wasted). 

The stick is dried and sanded.

This stick is stained a black with a blue / purple flash.

Hand cut and braided soft leather grip. Beautiful feather decoration.
