Relaxation and Reiki for you

Did you know….

  • It is impossible for you to relaxed and anxious at the same time. I will teach you techniques to help banish anxiety.
  • There are relaxation techniques that you can use in everyday situations. I will teach you these.   
  • Fear and relaxation are polar opposites. So tapping into relaxation will help you tackle situations more confidently.
  • A relaxed state is peaceful and essential for personal well-being. 
  • Being relaxed you will be able achieve more.
  • Relaxing is healing especially when blended with a Reiki healing session.

Relaxation and Reiki Drumming Healing session typically lasts around an hour and a half up to two hours. This depends on what the client needs. I don't clock watch.

It includes an aura reading, a blend of relaxation technique(s) and Reiki Drumming healing.

Appointments are confidential and private on a one to one basis.

If you travel to me in Coventry CV4 area £45.00. If I travel to you within Coventry and Warwickshire area £55.00 plus travel costs.
