Talking Sticks and Wands

These beautiful sticks have been made so you can use them as a talking stick and or a wand. The choice is yours. Each is a unique creation made with love and Reiki blessed.

Talking sticks are useful in helping people to feel empowered. As the person who holds the talking stick is the only one who should talk. Others are expected to listen to understand. A talking stick ensures people have the opportunity to engage equally as the stick is passed round. Each person has the chance to talk and to be listened to. Useful in a modern fast passed world to apply this ritual so people truly feel heard and understood. It also takes the heat out of conversations, helping people to work together and not to fight. A talking stick can be a wonderful beautiful object to have in our personal relationships especially at times of challenges. The talking stick is a useful tool professionally in a work setting, enabling people to be heard and understood. In meetings a talking stick helps the agenda to stay on track and keeps focus and clarity. The talking stick has its origins from the indigenous people of America.

A wand can be used in the practice for spells. To transmit or direct energy and intention. To direct energy towards a specific intention or goal. A wand can be used for protection to shield from negative energy or influences. Some may choose to use the wand in healing practice or in rituals. The wand has a history and origin in many cultures and traditions.

Feathers have been added for the connection to the spirit world and invoke the power of birds. Semi-precious crystals for the benefits they bring. The stick is honeysuckle. Honeysuckle is connected to joy, harmony and happiness. Uplifting to the spirit, bringing inner peace and emotional wellbeing. Good for deepening connections, strengthening bonds and for love. For compassion and self-compassion, nurture and self-nurture. It can inspire us to embrace change and transformation, assisting us in understanding ourselves. A protective energy useful in warding off negative influences. Honeysuckle is also connected to abundance.

You can energy cleanse and recharge your wand when you feel it needs it. Let your intuition guide you.
