The crystals in this necklace and earrings are. 

Lapis Lazuli is very good for lack of confidence & nervousness. It also helps with building inner power, love, self-confidence & friendship. It is also great for spiritual work, it is believed to instigate contact from the spiritual realms. It can strengthen the bones, relieves general pain and inflammations.

Blue Sodalite brings inner peace & harmony. Balancing emotions, so good for anxiety and for calming panic attacks. Bringing mental clarity & encouraging logical rational thought. Calms the mind allowing information to be processed. It brings joy to a heavy heart. A crystal for trust & solidarity of purpose, encouraging self-esteem, self-trust & self-acceptance. The other beads are a mixture of shades of blue to compliment the crystals. Silver coloured metal spacers and blue enamel silver coloured metal spacers.
